Job summary

Justremote is seeking a senior HR analytics leader to act as subject matter expert for HR systems, reporting, and data governance. You will design dashboards and analytics that leaders rely on for decisions, partnering with People, Finance, and business leaders to translate questions into metrics and definitions.

You will leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, create compelling data stories, and help establish data standards across systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in HR systems, People analytics, or HR operations.
• Expert-level knowledge of at least one major HRIS.
• Strong proficiency with analytics and visualization tools.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tooling for data analysis.

• Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics on various HR metrics that leaders use to make decisions.
• Partner with People, Finance, and business leaders to translate questions into clear metrics, definitions, and analyses.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and create compelling data stories and visualizations.
• Establish and govern People data standards, ensuring data quality and a single source of truth across systems.
• Protect employee data by applying privacy, confidentiality, and access controls.
• Own the intake, prioritization, and delivery of system and reporting requests.
• Automate recurring reports and manual workflows.
• Support system projects such as new module rollouts, integrations, data migrations, and annual cycles.
• Enable People Operations teammates and managers through training and support.
• Stay current on HR technology, analytics, and AI trends.

Experience:

• 8+ years of related experience in HR systems, People analytics, or HR operations.
