Harmons Grocery in Utah is seeking a Training & Recruitment Coordinator to support store associates by coordinating interviews, onboarding new hires, and preparing management reports.
You will schedule group interviews, assist with onboarding, track payroll issues, and help the Store Director with meetings, while maintaining strong customer service and safety practices.

FULL TIME 37-40 HOURS PER WEEK! REQUIRES SOME WEEKENDS AND EVENING SHIFTS!
$20.58 - $22.08 PER HOUR
GENERAL PURPOSE:
The purpose of this position is to provide support and appreciation to Harmons associates in the stores. This person will be scheduling and conducting group interviews, conducting new associate onboarding and orientation, preparing reports, preparing for meetings, assisting the Store Director, teaching periodic classes, filing and assisting associates with various issues. This person will also provide exceptional customer service.

Work is generally performed in a safe and comfortable office environment. Also requires sitting, standing, walking and bending throughout the entire work day and the ability to occasionally maneuver objects weighing up to 20 pounds from location to location.
