Ulta Beauty is offering a 10-week People Success Intern program in Bolingbrook, IL, with hybrid options for Corporate tracks and in-person for Distribution Center and Field tracks. Interns will work on real HR projects, gain cross-functional exposure, and prepare capstone presentations for leadership.

The role supports the Senior Project Manager and People Success Strategy & Innovation in a fast-paced HR environment, providing hands-on project coordination and change management experience.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
• Interest in HR processes, project management, and organizational change.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to shape, elevate and move planning forward.
• Highest level of integrity and good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing action items.
• Help track project timelines, deliverables, and update project management tools.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for stakeholder review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-up on tasks.
• Maintain organized project files and assist in status reporting.
• Support change management activities by helping develop communication materials and tracking adoption metrics.
