Travere Therapeutics, based in San Diego, invites a People Success Intern to join an 11-week hybrid program beginning June 7, 2027. You will contribute to employee experience, wellbeing, and HRIS analytics while gaining mentorship and cross-functional exposure.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering actionable recommendations to leadership. Onsite presence in San Diego is required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with at least one semester to complete.
• Coursework or project experience in HR, analytics, or organizational behavior preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support three project-based initiatives focusing on employee experience, well-being, and people analytics.
• Collaborate with People Success and HRIS stakeholders on analytics projects.
• Gather information via stakeholder discussions, process reviews, and available data.
• Analyze findings and develop actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Prepare clear project documentation and presentation materials communicating insights.
• Deliver a final presentation summarizing project work, insights, and learnings.
