People Services Project Specialist - Temporary

Providing no-, low-, and full-code capabilities, Dataiku meets teams where they are today, allowing them to begin building with AI using their existing skills and knowledge.

We’re looking for a highly reliable and execution-focused People Operations Project Specialist to support critical HR transformation and operations work. This is a hands-on role for someone with solid experience in HR processes and compliance, who can work independently, move quickly, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced global environment. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

How you'll make an impact:

Execute assigned People Services project tasks across various workstreams (e.g., automation, documentation, system support)

Lead or participate in multiple projects of different scales at once

Update, and organize People intranet and knowledge base content in coordination with subject matter experts and project leads

Draft and revise HR documentation such as SOPs, process flows, templates, and employee-facing resources

Support process improvements and automation initiatives (e.g., Google Forms, Airtable, DocuSign, ticketing workflows, Workday)

Participate in hands-on testing of new tools and process changes, flagging issues and validating fixes

Deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Partner closely with the People Services team to keep momentum on key deliverables

Support ad hoc tasks to help keep momentum on critical deliverables

What you'll need to be successful:

3–5 years of experience in People Operations, HR systems/processes, or HR project delivery

Solid understanding of core HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, leave, compliance, documentation)

Experience supporting HR compliance and maintaining process accuracy and integrity

Demonstrated ability to execute and deliver independently with limited oversight

Comfortable working in a high-ambiguity, fast-paced environment and adjusting to shifting priorities

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with documentation

Experience working with intranet tools (Workvivo or Happeo), HRIS (Workday preferred)

Ability to work flexible hours to support global stakeholders across multiple time zones

Solid communication and collaboration skills across distributed/global teams

Proficiency in English is required, an additional language is a strong plus

Experience supporting HR in a tech or global organization is a plus

A creative mindset with experience drafting internal communication is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive compensation program.

Dataiku also offers comprehensive benefits, including stock options, medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, pre-tax commuter benefits, a 401k company match, paid vacations and sick leave, paid parental leave, employer paid disability coverage, and additional health and wellbeing perks and benefits. Dataiku reserves the right to amend or modify employee perks and benefits at any time.

US only national base pay ranges

$110,000 - $120,000 USD
