Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years experience in HR leadership roles.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• PHR/ SPHR / SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive employee relations and maintain an open-door policy.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, promotions, transfers, and termination for assigned job groups.
• Manage HRIS and maintain accurate employment records.
• Assist with wage and salary administration and budgeting.
