Hadrian is building autonomous factories in the United States and is expanding rapidly. We seek a People Partner to enable both our people and our business to perform at their highest levels, spanning engineers, trades, and operational leaders across regulated environments.

The role focuses on performance management, talent development, and organizational design while providing strategic advisory support to senior leadership and ensuring compliance and fair treatment across all sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant HR business partner experience.
• Experience supporting exempt and non-exempt populations, preferably in manufacturing/engineering/high-compliance contexts.
• Able to balance tactical support with long-term strategic thinking.
• Understands business drivers and how people programs affect performance and culture.
• Demonstrates discipline in processes, documentation, and compliance-driven environments.
• Skilled in navigating sensitive conversations with empathy and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals.
• Manage employee relations issues with discretion and legal awareness.
• Lead performance management cycles and development frameworks for diverse teams.
• Coach managers to lead across engineering, shop floor, and operations.
• Support organizational design, change management, and policy rollouts across sites.
