Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience supporting exempt and non-exempt populations, ideally in environments with manufacturing, engineering, or high-compliance requirements.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment with a diverse set of employees and evolving business needs.
• Understands the business, drivers, and how people programs impact operations and culture.
• Strong documentation, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Empathy, clarity, and maturity in sensitive conversations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
• Manage employee relations issues with discretion and policy compliance.
• Support performance management cycles and development frameworks.
• Equip managers to lead teams across engineering to the shop floor.
• Champion employee engagement, high trust, and accountability.
• Support org-level transitions with planning and clear communication.
• Interpret and apply people policies across sites, shifts, and job types.
• Partner with People Ops and Recruiting to drive scalable programs.
