You will partner with hiring managers and People Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and answer employee questions, and leverage AI tools to streamline documentation and reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years HR generalist experience in a high-growth company.
• Solid knowledge of HR compliance and employment law fundamentals.
• Experience with HRIS platforms.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
