Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience in human resources and recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of recruitment, performance management, career path planning, HR data and analytics.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment/talent acquisition: posting, screening resumes, phone interviews, interviewing scheduling.
• Partner with hiring managers to determine position requirements and posting details.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, benefits orientation, and leave of absence management.
• Maintain employee records and payroll system changes; act as primary liaison between employees and management.
• Support performance reviews, career pathing, and HR projects.
