Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the commitments.
• Greet: 10ft, 4ft interactions and warm, helpful engagement.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates.
• Support team member and leader training needs and be an advocate for continuous learning.
• Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
• Deliver on all Human Resources processes and programs to maximize engagement and minimize disruption.
• Support leaders in following company compliance policies and safety standards.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct and safety; report hazards.
• All other duties based on business needs.
