Job description

Job Summary
The People Operations Manager is responsible for driving efficiency in HR service delivery, supporting people administration processes, and overseeing HR reporting and analytics. Reporting to the Director, People Operations Excellence, this role ensures timely resolution of HR service tickets, identifies process improvement opportunities, and provides data-driven insights to support field people teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR-related ticket resolution, ensuring timely responses to field related issues.
  • Manage ticket escalations and case tracking, partnering with Market People Partners and the Employee Service Center.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify trends in HR service issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure accurate administration of severance agreements, job creations, and position management updates.
  • Conducts HRIS audits and reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
  • Provide guidance on HR operational procedures to ensure alignment with company policies and compliance standards.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights to people partners and senior leaders.
  • Track key performance indicators related to HR service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline HR operations and reporting.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to enhance self-service capabilities and automation tool
  • Work closely with People partners and the Employee Service Center to align HR processes with business needs.
  • Support training initiatives related to HR systems, reporting tools, and process improvements for field people teams.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, data analysis, or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS, ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday), and reporting tools.
  • Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and presenting insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a shared services or HR operations
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance and employment laws.
  • Experience in training or supporting field People teams with system processes and reporting.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

  • Must be able to work remote or in an office setting.
