As the U.S. People Operations lead, you will also steward compliance, employee relations, recruiting support, and policy design, ensuring Knit’s HR infrastructure is both scalable and aligned to our values of 1% Better Every Day, Play to Win, and Keep the Main Thing the Main Thing.

Location: Remote. Our standard business operating hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm EST. Travel: This role will be expected to travel less than 20% of the time. Knit US does a US All Team Summit in-person once per year.

  • Lead and actively participate in salary surveys, monitoring compliance requirements in a global market.
  • Design and deliver scalable people programs that enhance performance, growth, and engagement.
  • Support onboarding, learning, and employee experience programs to strengthen culture and talent density.
