Job summary

DLA Architects, Ltd. in Itasca, IL seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead the people function in a hands-on, execution-focused role reporting to the CFO.

You will implement priorities set by firm leadership and ensure high-quality HR support across a project-based environment. This role oversees talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and HR reporting, with a hybrid schedule and at least three days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience running an HR function independently.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience administering recruiting, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Track record of dependable execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Human Resources functions for the firm.
• Implement priorities set by leadership and provide high-quality HR support.
