Responsibilities

• Establish people analytics and deliver analytics projects using Workday HRIS.
• Oversee policies and compliance across state-level employee laws and audits.
• Provide strategic partnering on transformational and change management projects.
• Identify skills gaps and build training plans for growth.
• Coach leadership on compensation, HR processes, and employee relations.
• Propose HR solutions that support business objectives across multiple lines.
