Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a People Operations Assistant Analyst within the People Experience & Operations Employee Relations team in Riverside, CA. You will support Speak Up investigations, employee investigations, and appeals investigations, while evolving to support People Business Partner operational work.

The role requires strong investigative skills, ability to handle confidential information, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s in HR or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years work experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or Investigations.
• Experience in investigations, taking statements, and writing.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support E2E Speak Up investigations, Employee Investigations, and/or Appeals Investigations.
• Organize and disseminate cases in a timely manner.
• Interview witnesses, review evidence, and analyze action items.
• Maintain HR systems ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• On-call duties for weekends/evenings as needed.
