What we need

  • Help facilitate People activities throughout the entire cycle of an employee's time at Reserv, from onboarding to addressing HR questions during their tenure and through to offboarding.

  • Ensure best in class onboarding for new team members
  • Act as a point of contact for team members, addressing questions and assisting employees with their inquiries.
  • Work with the PEO support team to respond to employee questions regarding the services provided by the PEO as they arise.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding core HR data and projects.
  • Support the delivery of HR programs and processes related to workforce planning, employee engagement, performance reviews, promotion processes, and talent development, particularly in a remote environment.
  • Manage employee relations and performance issues.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to increasing the overall efficiency of People Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and keep informed about relevant changes.
  • Maintain and update internal HR documentation and policies.

  • Ability to work independently to manage multiple ongoing projects and programs with high attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Decisive problem solver with a "get it done" attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Exceptional ethics around confidentiality and highly sensitive information
  • Keen to continue learning and developing their skill set, having a growth mindset

Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
