Samba is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation, while coordinating benefits, payroll data, and HRIS accuracy. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth employee experience across our California operations.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HR, solid experience with Rippling/Workday/BambooHR, and strong data management and communication skills.
Samba connects the advertising industry. Today, a trillion dollars of media flows through platforms that don’t talk to each other, and each one measures its own results. We built the independent alternative: consented first-party data and AI that give the world’s biggest advertisers, publishers, and platforms one clear view across all of it.
The next era of advertising will run on AI agents, and those agents will need data they can trust. We’re building that foundation, and the agents that act on it. Join us and help build what the industry runs on.
You support the operational backbone of Samba's People & Culture function, keeping the employee lifecycle running smoothly, from onboarding and benefits administration to payroll coordination, HR documentation, HR information system (HRIS) reporting, and compliance support. You work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams. It's ideal for someone who enjoys HR operations, working with systems and data, and creating a seamless employee experience.
