CookUnity is seeking a People Coordinator to join the People team in New York. You will drive onboarding, training, and employee lifecycle processes, delivering a seamless and compliant experience for a diverse workforce.

This role is an integral part of the People team, collaborating in the execution and functional excellence of People initiatives, providing great internal support and process improvement. The People Coordinator contribution to the team experience is one of the most important components to our success. You will help us build an impactful employee experience from onboarding and training to feedback and career development. Time management, outstanding communication skills, and workflow coordination are key for this role in order to support the progress of different projects while connecting with team members at all layers of the organization.
All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
Pay Range for this position
$27.50—$28 USD
