Role Scope :
The People Operations Associate is a critical team member who will own the day-to-day operational details of pre-boarding and onboarding, serve as the go-to person for team member questions, and help to ensure that our systems have accurate data, and our processes are being followed. You'll also help keep our HR data clean and reliable and pull the reports leadership relies on to make decisions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys an incredibly fast paced environment, is detail obsessed, systems savvy and is energized by being the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, while also being a warm, reliable first point of contact for new and current team members.

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000–$95,000for candidates located inSan Francisco, New York City, or Seattle, and$68,000–$90,000for candidates located elsewhere. This position is also eligible for atarget annual bonus of 10% of salary and may be eligible for additional incentive compensation, as applicable. The final compensation offered will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, education, certifications, geographical location, and business needs.
In addition, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid parental leave, short- and long-term disability coverage; life insurance; flexible spending accounts; a 401(k) savings plan that includes a match; paid time off; and company paid holidays.
