What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Execute and validate mass changes using EIBs, ensuring accurate processing of employee data changes
  • Maintain and create custom Workday reports and scheduled reports
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for Workday, optimizing business process efficiency and maintaining data integrity
  • Identify trends and propose scalable solutions to People data and process challenges
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Workday experience, including EIBs and end-to-end business process transactions
  • At least 3 years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, or HR Systems roles focused on process execution and optimization
  • Proficiency in G Suite, Slack, or other collaboration technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Exceptional ethics when handling confidential and sensitive information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Advanced report writing skills (i.e., Calculated Field) in Workday
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
