OmniAb is seeking a People Generalist to deliver comprehensive HR support across employment law, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, immigration processing, and employee engagement. You will work with leaders, Finance, and all employees, wearing multiple hats to manage processes, programs, and systems.
The role reports to the SVP, People and Talent and is hybrid from Emeryville, with responsibilities for employees in NC and AZ, requiring up to 5% travel.

We are seeking a People Generalist who will be responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support across a wide range of human resources functions including: employment law, compliance, employee onboarding, offboarding, change management, immigration processing, leave of absence management, employee development, and employee engagement activity management. The People Team focuses on all aspects of the employee experience. This role will be wearing multiple hats, managing processes, programs, and systems. This individual will collaborate with department leaders, the Finance Team, and all OmniAb employees. The ideal candidate is communicative and collaborative and has experience in benefits, HR policies, compliance, and immigration, as well as a good understanding of State and Federal regulations impacting HR administration.
This role reports to the SVP, People and Talent.
This is a hybrid position based out of our Emeryville headquarters that will also have responsibilities for employees in our Durham, NC and Oro Valley, AZ offices. This role will require up to 5% travel. This is a full-time position (up to 30-40 hours per week), and the office hours are within 8am-5pm PT.

The base compensation range for this position is $107,000 - $119,000 per year. The range provided is an estimate. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, location, and other factors permitted by law.
