Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor to lead hands-on operations in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing site in Smyrna, GA. You will guide daily activities, ensure safety, and drive performance while keeping a team-focused culture that values collaboration and accountability.

The role emphasizes people-first leadership, empowerment, and delivering top-tier results every day, with the training provided for forklift operation and a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and web-based tools.
• Hands-on mindset—able to operate forklifts (training provided) and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong written, verbal and email communication; Spanish-speaking is a plus.
