Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Wisconsin site, inspiring teams to achieve safety and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes people-first coaching and accountability while delivering top-tier results for customers.

You will align resources, foster open communication, coach continuous improvement, and partner with site leadership to build a culture of trust, growth, and empowerment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based tools.
• A hands-on mindset—ready to operate forklifts (training provided!) and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and email. Spanish-speaking is a plus!
