• Ensure guests are delighted with food, service and staff quality
• Build engaging relationships to foster loyalty
• Lead, manage and develop team members by coaching and motivating them to exceed goals in sales, speed, accuracy, and guest experience
• Participate in interviewing and selection
• Train team in food safety standards and ensure compliance
