Job summary

Culver's in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to supervise shifts, drive guest service, and uphold food quality. You will build and guide a dedicated team, providing coaching and development to ensure daily excellence.

As part of Culver's leadership, you’ll partner with the General Manager on scheduling, safety, and compliance, while maintaining a positive, welcoming environment that reflects our family-owned values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Willingness to work approximately 50 hours per week.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure guest service, food quality, and smooth operations.
• Coach and mentor a high-performing team.
• Model positivity, professionalism, and integrity.
• Assist with hiring, training, and development of team members.
• Coordinate with the General Manager on scheduling, food safety, and compliance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming restaurant environment.
