• Puts supervisory skills to work, ensuring daily operations run to plan with high standards.
• Follows recipes and maintains food safety practices.
• Knows restaurant sales and traffic goals and works to exceed them.
• Coaches staff on the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table.
• Remains aligned with the 10 Commandments in action.
• Responds promptly to customer and employee concerns and takes ownership of issues.
• Keeps assets secure (POS, devices, equipment) and ensures administrative tasks are completed on time.
• Interviews candidates and participates in hiring processes.
• Trains and develops team members daily and recognizes strong performance.
