Bigham’s Smokehouse in Texas seeks an Assistant Manager to help lead daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager. You will safeguard the guest experience, uphold food quality, cleanliness, and consistent service while guiding a team toward excellence.

• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.

• Set the tone for the shift through attitude, work ethic, and communication.
• Help Team Members and Team Leaders feel supported, prepared, and empowered.
• Hold the team accountable with respect, kindness, and clarity.
• Make sure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet Bigham’s standards.
• Help maintain speed of service, cleanliness, food safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Keep the shift organized and help the team stay focused under pressure.
• Communicate clearly with Team Members, Team Leaders, management, and guests.
• Lead by example in every task, including serving food, cleaning, stocking, and helping where needed.
• Use systems, checklists, food orders, inventory, and other tools to keep the restaurant running well.
• Help with ordering, inventory, scheduling, training, and accountability as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Support the training and development of Team Members and Team Leaders.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism, care, and urgency.
