Job summary

Shake Shack in New York is seeking a seasoned Restaurant General Manager to lead operations at Massapequa. You’ll coach and develop a diverse team, ensure top hospitality, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards.

You will manage inventory, quality and safety protocols, oversee payroll and scheduling, and push toward financial goals with strong P&L oversight. Join a fast-growing team that rewards leadership, teamwork, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Ability to learn and train others on Shack operations.
• Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members.
• Strong leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Knowledge of financial aspects of business operations with at least 3 years of P&L responsibilities.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
