Job summary

Lisa Linard & Co. is seeking a Professional Organizer & Downsizing Specialist who loves people and can bring joy and ease to clients’ lives through thoughtful organization and compassionate support.

You will work with clients across Eastern Massachusetts, helping with decluttering, packing, space planning, and moves, while coordinating sessions, tracking time, and maintaining a positive, no-judgment attitude. This is a year-round, part-time, as-needed role with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be a people person who can provide emotional support and motivation with patience and zero judgment.
• Strong empathy and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to varying schedules and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in decluttering and downsize their belongings.
• Help with packing, inventory creation, and space planning for moves.
• Coordinate sessions with clients; manage scheduling and travel between job sites.
• Assist with dispersal of items to donation, auction, or resale channels.
• Support clients in settling into new homes and organizing systems for easy access.
• Track time and mileage; participate in staff meetings.
