Job summary

Rapid Packaging in Champlin, MN seeks an HR Generalist to manage day‑to‑day HR processes, recruit, onboard, support employees and managers, administer benefits and leave programs, and ensure data integrity in Paycom. The role focuses on a compliant, employee‑focused experience with collaboration across the organization.

You'll work in a team that values growth, engagement, and culture, coordinating events and maintaining accurate HR records while supporting safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years’ experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong experience with Paycom or similar HRIS/payroll system.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
• Bonus Points for: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or PHR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Execute onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Drive full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
• Administer all benefit programs and employee benefit orientation.
• Maintain HRIS (Paycom) data integrity and system optimization.
• Administer leave programs and workers' compensation.
