• Seeking candidates with proven sales or guest-facing experience.
• Comfortable communicating clearly and building trust quickly.
• Motivated, independent, and able to work with a team.
• Familiar with CRM tools and digital lead follow-up.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and curiosity.
• Assist in vehicle selection and relate features to guest needs.
• Present vehicles, connect features to lifestyle and work.
• Build a guest pipeline with follow-up and CRM use.
• Collaborate with finance/management for a smooth purchase.
• Meet/exceed monthly targets while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Represent the Buick GMC brand and Swickard hospitality standards.
