Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in human resources, finance, operations, data administration, or related detail-intensive service roles.
• Strong ability to manage recurring workflows, meet deadlines, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with an HRIS, accounting or purchasing platform, or a knowledge-management system is preferred.
• Curiosity about AI-enabled tools and ability to test outputs against trusted sources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate defined portions of onboarding and offboarding, including document collection and benefits handoffs.
• Maintain employee records in UKG Ready and related systems.
• Process routine employee changes after approvals.
• Support payroll readiness by validating time, attendance, and leave data.
• Maintain licensure, personnel-files, benefits, and compliance records.
• Handle routine inquiries and escalate complex issues to HR leadership.
• Provide HR project support and documentation.
