Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc. is seeking a People Experience Graphic Design & Communications Trainee in Culver City, CA for a hybrid role.

You will shape written and visual communications supporting internal priorities, recruiting efforts, and employer branding. You’ll work on day-to-day design for employee-facing and recruiting channels, help create training materials, and develop templates and design systems to scale content.

Qualifications

Degree or 4 years of relevant work experience required.
Strong typography, color theory, layout, and branding understanding.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
Ability to balance personal style with corporate branding guidelines.
Interest in employer branding and workplace culture.
Excellent written communication and collaborative mindset.
Comfort handling sensitive information with discretion.
Multitasking and prioritizing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day design across employee-facing and recruiting channels.
Create visuals for internal communications, recruitment campaigns, and engagement initiatives.
Help develop templates and design systems for scalable content.
Assist with training materials and documentation for change management.
Collaborate with People Experience and Talent Acquisition to maintain brand consistency.
