Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR or related experience with proficiency in HR analytics and employee relations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HR analytics tools.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as advisor to business leadership on complex HR policies and practices across multiple sites or segments.
• Lead culture and engagement strategies using insights from analytics and listening sessions.
• Execute HR processes through the employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, performance, development and offboarding.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated people solutions and drive business outcomes.
