Job summary

Hotel Bardo Savannah, operated by LEFT LANE Hospitality Group, is seeking a People & Culture Manager to support day-to-day HR needs for team members and leaders. You will manage employee relations, payroll, onboarding, benefits, workers’ compensation, HR systems, and partnering with the Director of People & Culture.

This role requires strong HR experience in hospitality, plus hands-on administrative capability and a collaborative approach to talent, payroll, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive Human Resources / People & Culture experience in hospitality.
• Broad HR experience across employee relations, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, workers’ compensation, and HR systems.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Hospitality or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for team members and leaders on day-to-day People & Culture needs.
• Handle routine employee relations matters and policy questions, escalating complex issues to the Director of People & Culture.
• Support payroll, benefits, workers’ compensation, recruiting, onboarding, and HRIS administration.
• Participate in new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• Troubleshoot questions related to pay, benefits, timekeeping, job codes, and HR systems.
• Maintain accurate associate records and support employment changes and compliance.
