DESCRIPTION:
The role of the P&C Transformation Manager is to facilitate alignment on headcount costs in and out of the business areas and the management of reporting between the P&C Partners, Legal, FP&A, Accounting, and Payroll teams. This is a key role to support business reorganization requirements.
