Watkins Wellness, a Sauna360 company, is hiring a People & Culture Coordinator to join our team. You will support onboarding, payroll administration, and HR operations, helping create an engaging employee experience from day one.

You’ll partner with staff, managers, and the People & Culture team to maintain compliant processes, assist with payroll audits, benefits, and data management while fostering a positive workplace culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• HR fundamentals and interest in a People & Culture career.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Service-minded with a genuine desire to help employees and candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and basic Excel.
• Professionalism, communication, and business etiquette.
• Discretion with confidential information and compliance mindset.
• Self-awareness and good judgment about seeking guidance when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities and deliver a welcoming experience for new hires.
• Serve as a responsive resource for employees and managers with strong customer service.
• Support employee communications, recognition programs, and engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data with confidentiality.
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll audits, and payroll-related tasks.
• Process I-9s, background checks, and employment verifications; support HR audits.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and support growth.
