Key Responsibilities
Education and/or Experience
This role requires Subject Matter Expertise that generally will be attained with a minimum of 1-3 years in a previous administrative, human resource, People & Culture or related role and a High School Diploma/GED. Candidates currently pursuing or recently have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources or a related field could also apply. Priority will be place upon the demonstration of the ability to meet qualifications without an absolute focus on duration of experience, in recognition that the attainment of such qualifications may be obtained at different paces by different individuals.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. They will be able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on tasks effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint, is required. The candidate must be comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information appropriately and demonstrate a strong customer service mindset and collaborative approach. An interest in or understanding of Human Resources/People & Culture practices is considered an asset.
