An established industry player is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to join their People Analytics team. This exciting role offers the chance to leverage your analytical skills to support HR metrics and reporting across a large organization. Are you a data analytics expert with an interest or experience in human resources metrics? We have an opportunity for a People & Culture Advisor to support our People Analytics team. This is an intermediate position that provides an excellent opportunity to build on your analytical and problem-solving skills in an active, large organization.
You'll be part of a central team that provides reporting and analysis on all areas of HR using identified data sets, including understanding the business questions of clients, identifying the right data to answer those questions, and analyzing that data to provide insight.
This opportunity is within our technical work stream, which focuses primarily on the development and maintenance of queries, datasets, and Power BI solutions. However, this position will also work cross-functionally as needed within our advisory work stream, which focuses primarily on consulting with our business clients and presenting insights and analyses. As such, this position requires both an advisory and a technical mindset.

At WorkSafeBC, we offer a hybrid work model that combines working remotely and in our offices based on operational needs.
In this role, you will primarily work from the WorkSafeBC Richmond office, with a minimum of one day per week on-site.
