Location: New York. This is a hybrid role, must live in the NY tri state area and be able to go into office 2 days a week, subject to change to 5 days at any time.

The People Coordinator is responsible for efficiently and effectively executing the processes and tasks required to deliver an excellent employee experience The scope of the role is to support the local region and have additional broader regional responsibilities as directed. Ensuring collaboration with the wider global team and providing occasional support where needed. Work should be appropriately prioritized, completed on time and delivered with a strong customer focus.

The base pay for this position ranges from $56,988.00 - $65,536.00. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
