FIRST is a leading global brand experience agency based in New York. We are seeking a People Coordinator to support onboarding, employment changes, offboarding, and employee experience across the NY region.
The role requires collaboration with the global People team and a proactive, customer‑focused approach. You will handle data integrity, prepare letters, respond to inquiries, and help improve processes with cross‑department teams.

The People Coordinator is responsible for efficiently and effectively executing the processes and tasks required to deliver an excellent employee experience. The scope of the role is to support the local region and have additional broader regional responsibilities as directed. Ensuring collaboration with the wider global team and providing occasional support where needed. Work should be appropriately prioritized, completed on time and delivered with a strong customer focus.

Requires concentrated attention for prolonged periods of time. Requires ability to accept the lack of control over work pace or priorities.
United States Residents: The base pay for this position ranges from $56,988.00 - $65,536.00. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Please note that the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across various U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
