Job summary

Target is hiring a Human Resources Expert to support store teams across our California locations. You will help create an easy, inspiring guest experience while assisting with talent recruitment, scheduling, and employee development.

In this role you will work with store leaders to address staffing needs, manage basic payroll and scheduling systems, and promote a safe, compliant workplace. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Willingness to learn HR processes and payroll basics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
