About the Role:

Acting as a business advisor, the People Business Partner aligns business objectives with employees, leaders, and managers. Drives outstanding business results by engaging, supporting, and developing the organization’s people plans. Works alongside senior business leaders to drive employee engagement. Executes People & Culture policy and procedures, acts as a strategic partner to address organizational challenges and provide immediate fixes to situations. Develops partnerships to deliver value to management and employees that reflect the people and business objectives of the organization.

What You Will Do:
  1. Collaborate with business leaders to identify priorities and leverage strategic people planning to build consistency across the organization.
  2. Ensure alignment of the people plan, programs, and tools with strategic goals; advise on the development and implementation of the holistic people plan for assigned groups.
  3. Interpret business needs and people priorities; contribute to the design and integration of organizational plans (talent structure, organizational design, job design).
  4. Identify and predict talent needs; influence strategic talent management solutions; design talent movement plans and establish talent pipelines.
  5. Develop diversity and inclusion plans; drive related programmatic efforts.
  6. Lead change management initiatives for organizational or cultural changes; develop communication plans.
  7. Monitor leadership performance metrics; design interventions to improve leadership and team performance; coach managers and leaders.
  8. Collaborate with Employee Relations and Senior Leaders to provide policy guidance.
  9. Work with HR centers of expertise to implement and monitor people programs.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of related experience.
  • Experience across all facets of the employee lifecycle.
  • Background in organizational development preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and understanding of process-software interactions.
  • Business acumen, organizational skills, influencing skills, and strong communication.

Salary range: $103,511.83 – $191,170.01

This range reflects the minimum and maximum for a new hire; individual pay depends on experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role is eligible for an annual performance-based incentive.
