Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with significant HR Business Partner responsibilities.
• Strong background in employee relations, investigations, performance management, accommodations, and leave administration.
• Experience advising and influencing leaders in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
• Experience supporting large, frontline employee populations.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, investigations, accommodations, and leave administration.
• Provide coaching and guidance on HR policies, employment law, and people-related challenges.
• Conduct workplace investigations and recommend appropriate actions.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Collaborate with operational leaders and on-site administrative teams.
• Travel regularly to support assigned locations.
