Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking a People Team partner to collaborate with leaders across departments on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development. You will coach managers, support engagement, and help align HR initiatives with business growth.

You will leverage HRIS tools and data to inform decisions, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. A dynamic startup/high-growth environment is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of progressive People Team experience, including at least 1 year in a consultative or partner role.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect People Team strategy to operational goals.
  • Deep understanding of employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Skilled communicator with strong coaching, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth settings is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Coach managers through employee relations matters with a focus on growth and accountability.
  • Maintain working knowledge of relevant federal and state labor laws, especially those applicable to the defense sector.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, consistency, and compliance in partnership with HR Operations.
  • Contribute to company-wide People Team initiatives, including policy development, compensation reviews, and organizational change.
  • Collaborate on developing tools, processes, and communications that enhance manager capability and employee experience.
  • Use HRIS tools and data insights to inform decisions and influence strategies.

Physical Demands
