Greenbelt Alliance is hiring a part‑time People and Culture Manager to champion our values and support a thriving, inclusive, equitable and engaging environment for Greenbelt Alliance staff and the Board of Directors.
This role will be focused on maintaining our positive organizational culture and staff development, planning and scheduling special team outings and events, managing human resources and hiring, and acting as a liaison to the Board of Directors. We are looking for someone eager to collaborate in advancing the organization’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives and in‑person and online activities such as staff and board retreats, trainings, and outings, and board and committee meetings.
NOTE: We do not expect any single candidate to have extensive expertise/experience in all of these areas, but will prioritize candidates with demonstrated success being a critical‑thinker and quick‑learner.
