Overview

A growing distribution and manufacturing company is seeking a bilingual HR Manager to support third-shift operations at its Santa Fe Springs facilities. This role will act as the dedicated HR leader for overnight operations, partnering directly with managers and employees to support employee relations, compliance, engagement, staffing, and workforce management initiatives.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting large hourly workforces in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environments and enjoys being a visible and accessible HR resource for employees working outside traditional business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for third-shift operations
• Partner with supervisors and operations leadership to address employee concerns and workforce challenges
• Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions
• Support employee coaching, corrective action, and performance management processes
