Job summary

Google is seeking PhD students for a 12-week internship in People Analytics with US-based locations (New York, Mountain View, Atlanta, Chicago, San Francisco). English proficiency is required, and you will be asked to prepare 1–2 slides explaining your research for a business audience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a PhD program in I/O Psychology or related field.
• Experience designing and running survey or experimental research.
• Experience analyzing data in R, Python, SQL, or other statistical languages.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new studies with the People Analytics team; analyze data and report results to a business audience.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to influence leaders and drive action.
• Write research briefs and summarize results for stakeholders; conduct statistical analyses in R.
