The HR Analytic Product Development team is seeking a Power BI Developer to join this fun, creative, and expanding team. The goal of this team is to ensure timely, accurate, and relevant data and insights for leaders about their workforce, allowing them to make informed, fact-based decisions to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
This role will support the development and maintenance of HR reporting and analytics products. The Power BI Developer will partner with product owners, business partners, and other team members to translate business needs into clear, accurate, and user-friendly reporting solutions. This position is responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports; preparing and transforming data; supporting data validation and quality checks; and helping present insights in a clear and concise manner. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
